Payroll

Another optional module of Frameware 2000+, the Payroll module helps you to maintain employee payroll information, handle taxes and voluntary deductions and print the payroll checks. Note the menu choices in the comprehensive payroll system.

The Payroll system will even prepare your quarterly reports and your year-end W-2 forms.

General Ledger

The optional General Ledger system categorizes and summarizes your accounting information. Custom-designed financial statements clearly show your company’s profits (or loss) as well as your assets, liabilities and equity position.

General Ledger transactions are automatically retrieved from the other Frameware 2000+ modules that generate them, thereby eliminating the need for redundant data entry to produce financial statements.

With General Ledger you can review various expense and income categories and compare them to budgets, prior periods and last year’s amounts. Using this information, you can spot and reinforce income-generating areas, eliminate waste, locate areas over budget, and implement actions for correction.

Checkbook Reconciliation

The optional Check Reconciliation module can help you maintain checkbooks and reconcile accounts with bank statements. You will have instant access to important checking data and can avoid tedious manual reconciliation procedures.
